General Betting Rules

All Betting Information provided by Xx999 is supplied in good faith. However, Xx999 does not guarantee the accuracy of dates, times, venues, competitors, odds, results, statistics, or other Betting Information. Xx999 reserves the right to correct errors and to manage markets with integrity. The final decision on any market rests with Xx999.

Where an event begins ahead of its scheduled start time, bets placed before the start remain valid, subject to any live-betting exceptions published for the market. Xx999 may void bets placed after the actual start time if the Market is not closed or suspended at the correct time, except for specified live-betting markets.

In the event of any inconsistency between English and non-English event names, the English-language reference shall prevail for purposes of bet placement and settlement.

Customers bear the sole responsibility for monitoring match status and related information. It is essential to verify event status prior to placing bets where practical.

Xx999 reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. Any such amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the site and are binding on all customers.

All data displayed on the site may be delayed or inaccurate. Betting on such data is at the customer’s own risk. Xx999 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data and accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on it.

Abandonment and Postponements

If an event does not start or finish on the scheduled date for reasons announced by the event holder or governing body, all bets are void except for Markets that are unconditionally determined.

If an event starts on schedule but is subsequently abandoned and is not completed within the defined time frame, only bets on unconditionally determined markets shall stand; all other bets shall be void.

If an event does not finish within its prescribed timeframe or an official result is declared by the governing body, Xx999 reserves the right to void the Event and its markets. The Company’s decision on voiding or settling is final.

Change of Venue

Unless otherwise specified in the Specific Event Betting Rules, a change of venue (home team playing away or vice versa) will render all bets on the match void. Bets on non-team events may remain valid where the venue change occurs after the market has opened, subject to the event’s betting rules.

Periods of Time

If the duration of an event is altered, all bets placed on that event are invalidated. Bets placed on events that occur during injury time or stoppage time are treated as having taken place during regular time for settlement purposes, unless the market explicitly accounts for stoppage or extra time.

Results and Settlement

Podium positions will be treated as the final result where applicable. If no podium ceremony occurs, settlement is based on the official result published by the relevant governing body at the time of Market settlement. If no official result is available, settlement uses the best available evidence. If there is a discrepancy between the official result and the website’s results, Xx999 will rely on video material where available to determine the accurate result; in the absence of video, reliance falls to the governing body’s official result. Xx999’s determination of the final result is binding.

Markets are generally settled after an Event concludes. In exceptional cases, the Company may settle a Market before an official result is declared for customer service purposes, but reserves the right to reverse settlements if they were made in error.

Xx999 may suspend settlement on any Market if there is material uncertainty regarding the result. Amendments to results announced more than 72 hours after the Event start, if already settled, will not be recognized with respect to bets that have been settled.

Markets and Bet Types

Markets offered by Xx999 include, but are not limited to, the following generic categories. Each Market type has its own inherent rules, which are published in the event’s betting rules and are binding alongside these General Rules.

  • Outright — bets on the eventual winner of an Event, race, or tournament. If a participant does not start, related Outright bets are void. In the event of a dead heat, payouts are divided among winners in proportion to the odds (excluding stake).
  • Moneyline — bets on a specific competitor or team to win the Event, with the remaining participants considered as The Field under the market definitions.
  • Handicap (HDP) — bets that apply a virtual head start or deficit to one side, with settlement based on the final adjusted score.
  • Asian Handicap (In-Play) — live-handicap markets settled on the score shown for the relevant portion of the Event after the bet was placed; pre-existing goals are disregarded for settlement purposes where applicable.
  • Over/Under (OU) — bets on whether the total points/goals in a match will be over or under a predefined threshold.
  • Odd/Even (OE) — bets on whether the total points/goals for the match will be an odd or even number.
  • Multi Bets — combinational bets that require multiple selections to win; partial losses negate the overall bet, with rules on unsettled selections applying as published.
  • System Bets — a structured form of multiple selections where not all components must win to generate a return; higher stakes and odds patterns are typical for these bets.

Soccer-Specific Bet Types

Where offered, the following soccer bet types operate under the general market rules above and the Soccer Bet Rules published for each event. Specifics may vary by market and jurisdiction.

  • 1X2 — bet on Home win (1), Draw (X), or Away win (2) at the conclusion of regular time; extra time and penalties are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Correct Score — predicting the exact final score at the end of regulation time.
  • Half-Time/Full-Time (HT/FT) — predicting the half-time result and the full-time result of the match, not incorporating extra time unless stated.
  • First Goal / Last Goal — bet on which team scores first or last goal in the match; bets may be void if the event is discontinued before relevant milestones.
  • Kick-Off Team — predicting which team will kick off the match.
  • Home Team Total vs. Away Team Total — comparing the total goals by the home side against the total by the away side in a given match or set of matches.
  • Single Team Over/Under — betting on the total goals by a single team relative to an over/under line.
  • Corners — the total number of corners awarded to home and away teams; untaken corners do not count toward the total.

All soccer bets are subject to the general settlement and dispute resolution provisions set out in these Rules. Where there is conflict between these Soccer Rules and the General Rules, the Soccer Rules govern to the extent of the inconsistency.
